Nohlin Studios are led by designers Sofia and Erik Nohlin.

From their farm outside Borrby in southern Sweden, they run a multidisciplinary practice where design, craftsmanship, and everyday life are closely intertwined. After a decade in San Francisco, they returned to Österlen seeking more space for creative work, a closer connection to materials and nature, and a slower pace of life.

Founded in 2025, the studio serves as a platform for both making and exchange. Its practice is rooted in the belief that the most valuable insights often emerge in the spaces between – during walks, shared meals, and informal conversations – rather than in strictly scheduled meetings. The same approach informs the studio’s work with design and craft.

The design studio specializes in design and brand development for the global bicycle industry.
